Works with WPForms Lite (free) and WPForms Pro, including all form types: contact forms, registration forms, survey forms, and payment forms.

Using Smart Tags
WPForms smart tags allow you to include form data in your SMS:
{field_id="1"} - Field by ID
{field_id="2"} - Another field
{admin_email} - Admin email
{entry_id} - Entry ID
{form_name} - Form name
{page_title} - Page where form was submitted
{date format="m/d/Y"} - Submission date
Example Messages
Admin Notification:
"New {form_name} submission from {field_id="1"}. View in WordPress admin."
User Confirmation:
"Thanks for your submission! We received your message and will respond within 24h."
Installation
- Ensure SMSTunnel core plugin is installed and configured
- Ensure WPForms is installed and active
- Download this plugin ZIP file
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Upload and activate the plugin
- Edit any WPForms form → Settings → SMSTunnel
Requirements
- WordPress 5.0 or higher
- WPForms Lite 1.7+ or WPForms Pro
- SMSTunnel core plugin (installed and connected)
